I’ve used this plugin on a previous website and it worked perfectly untill i lost this website. Now i’m using it again on a new website, with the same theme and plugins i used previously, but something goes wrong on the glossary index page.

The index page shows all the words, but as a mess. It shows the styling as code, so things like < EM > and < P > are visible. Also, all the letters show a zero, like every letter has no words.

Does this sound familiar to anyone, and does someone know how to fix this?

It can be because of other plugins. The plugins regular updating so it can cause some problems.

We can advise this simple test: disable the plugins one by one and check if the problem still there after each deactivation. Change the theme and check again.

Sorry i missed your reply. I’ve just made some changes to the settings and it suddenly works. So i can get back to working with it again.

Thanks for the reply and the plugin.
