Index Page is Blank

I’m experiencing some problems with dowlaisforum.org.uk I am able to log into the dashboard via a stored link in my browser but the wp-login.php refuses to load and the same applies to and any other content page. However I can edit and save any existing pages but I cannot create any new pages, the browser just sits there trying to save it, same applies for when I try to log out.

Any ideas?
