index page not showing up and aligning main page

    are you hosting the site yourself? You or whoever is whas to have the *.php entension able to be viewed for the root domain.. or if there is a .html or .htm in that directory you might need to delete it.. depending on who/where its hosted and what kind of webserver it is

    thanks it worked. do you have any suggestions on how to fix the aligning?

    im not 100% sure, but you might have to set
    id=”content”
    in your css to text-align: left;

    Did you change anything in the theme? Out of the box it should look normal.
