index.php not displaying properly in chrome

  • My system is a RaspberryPi 400 with Apache2, PHP (MariaDB) and WordPress 5.9 installed. On the RaspberryPi’s Chromium browser the WordPress Dashboard and web pages display correctly but when pages are opened from my Windows-10 computer using Google chrome, IE, or MS-Edge all of the pages are broken.
    Much of the content is displayed but all the page formatting and background colors are broken or missing.

    Any help is much appreciated.
