index product has stopped working

    Hi,

    Your plugin was working fine till now. But now I am facing some issues.

    I added a new product in my site. I clicked on the reindex table button as the product was not showing up in the search. Every time this worked whenever i added a new product. but in the recent days this button is not working. It goes upto 100% in a blink and get struck there infinetly. This effects the search in my site.

    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

    Hi,

    I haven’t got reply to this yet, I am trying from the last few days .tried debugging but nothing related to this plugin is shown.

    Deleted the plugin and installed it once again. now i am not able to index product beyond 27. It takes usually too long to even update 1 product.

    I request to please look into this issue urgently

    Hi,

    Sorry for the long response.

    First of all – you don’t need to fully reindex the plugin table after adding a new product. This product data must be indexed automatically. Just open the plugin settings page -> Performance tab and make sure that ‘Sync index table’ option is enabled.

    About reindex issue – so did you enable debug mode as mentioned in this article?

    Another thing that you can try – temporarily disable the ‘Sync index table’ option and then try to reindex one more time. Do you see any differences now?

    Hi,

    Yes, I tried to enable the debug mode option, but nothing is shown there.

    Also I am trying with Sync table off settings only. No difference. Something is preventing it from database entry. Please check the screenshot attached of the console results that is showing on clicking reindex table , you will get an idea what can be the issue.

    Previously It completely stopped after indexing 3000 products. I reinstalled the plugin once again , but now it in not able to reindex even 50 products

    Please check this issue as soon as possible.
