index.html is missing or damaged.

https://www.coffeeinmyhandsmusicinmyears.com and https://www.morey.dk are my two pages, as my exgf made. I can log on to my pages via wp-admin, but if you are just looking at them as it says 403 and forbidden when you hit the page. I have no idea what to do, because I’ve got the files for my pages but it seems that index.html is missing or overdue omdigiring to google on both sides. Does anyone bother to help me get my pages to work, there is no help from him who made them. Me who made the sides, broke something in the index files (there is only one link, which is redirected to google.dk) but I’ve been told the index.html is missing or damaged.
