index.php side links broken

I searched the fourm but didnt find this specific link issue. My home page https://ayurvedahc.com/shakti/ the links on the right to the different categories dont exist. for example, clicking on the 1st category topic (Shakti Radio) I get a 403 forbidden error to this path: ‘https://ayurvedahc.com/shakti/category/podcasts/’

And when I open ftp- I see there is no such sub categories after shakti/ (ie no category or podcasts directories were ever created by WP).

Any ideas?
