index.php suspended due to high load (urgent)

Yesterday my host HostGator suspended the index.php of my main site Soundtrack Geek. They said that “it was causing a high load on the server, and due to it affecting all of the other accounts on the system”

They say it’s good to run a cache plugin such as WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache. They could see in my .htaccess file that I was running a cache system, but maybe it wasnt optimized. I was running WP Super Cache, but they suggested I try W3 Total Cache and that I enable Database Cache and Object Cache. I did that, but it didn’t help.

I disabled a few plugins that I wasnt using much to see if that caused the problem, but HostGator said that it didn’t work.

They are unable to help me further, but surely there must be some way I (or HostGator) can pinpoint what plugin or javascript code that is causing the problems?
