Indicator for privacy level

    The reason for this is users of the forum who did not post the update will be able to see if the update is Public or Private. This way they can be confident of the privacy level before they make comments.
    Currently the privacy level setting is only visible to the person who made the update and there is no other indicator for other users.

    Would be a nice addition ??

    Sorry for my late replay.

    Just want to inform you i added this feature to the new version (1.3.4).

    Please check the settings page of the plugin and chec “Show the privacy in activity meta”.
