Discounts are be enabled on product level by default – just configure them on the particular products you want. But in case there exists a hidden product called wc_bulk_discount_configurer, it’s settings are applied on all the products, no matter how the individual discounts settings are.

Oh, one thing to note: The setting checkbox “Bulk Discount globally enabled” is not connected with global discounts. It just means whether bulk discount is enabled or not. It’s in fact a reduntant option – once the plugin is enabled in WordPress, it should be enabled. I shall remove this setting from the plugin, it’s not needed.

Thanks…. though it would seem that Bulk Discounts shouldn’t be enabled on all products by default. Once I activated the plugin all my products are now enabled but I only want a select few to be enabled. I will have to go back through and deactivate it at the product level on the ones I don’t offer bulk discounts.

One of the reasons this is an issue is because I have customized the CSS to the Special Offer Text area and it shows on the products I have had a chance to disable yet.

Though thanks again… I appreciate your work on the plugin.

I just noticed that even with the “Bulk Discount enabled” box unchecked with a description in the text area it is still displayed on the product page. Is it possible to not place it on the page if it’s unchecked?

The “Bulk Discount globally enabled” option has been removed from the plugin in version 2.4.1 since it was unnecessary.
