Individual pages not appearing on Google

I am having trouble with WordPress 3.2

My Website has 33 individual pages. Each page is lengthy and informative.

Something is keeping each page from being properly indexed by Google and other search engines.

Instead of each page and its topic showing up responsive to search term, instead my main landing page shows up for the search, and gives absolutely no indication that there is a separate, entire page devoted to the topic. My page visits have bottomed out.

I assume that there is a setting in WordPress that is not set correctly.

Any help would be MOST Appreciated. Oh, and yes I have updated my XML sitemap, each page has been indexed with the major search engines since Feb 2011 and for 6 years before that using another web design program.
