Individual posts and pages display but not home page

I recently migrated my blog to a new host, retaining the same URL.
I can see the Admin page, but the Home page shows the index.html, and if I go to https://agro.biodiver.se/index.php it seems to default to the index.html.
From the Posts page, I noticed that I can see a preview, for example at https://agro.biodiver.se/2012/10/brainfood-host-pathogen-genomics-maize-teosinte-system/?preview=true and I can see the page when I remove the part after the ? too.
It seems to be only the front page at https://agro.biodiver.se that will not display.
Any ideas?
