Individual Rating Text/Value does not display

    I installed the latest version of the wp-postRatings plugin on wordpress 5.8.1 with 7.4 php version but Individual Rating Text/Value does not display and “1 vote, average: 3,00 out of 5” displayed instead for each stars title and alt!
