Individual Registered User products with Guest Checkout

Firstly, love the look of this plugin. I’ve been given a specific brief by a client that is looking to have the main of their shop on a Guest bases, allowing maximum usage, but then provide a ‘Wholesale’ section which is only available to buy as a registered user.
Is this possible?
