Indot Under 1.0.4 not able to view site as admin

There are closed threads about this problem, but i cannot seem to solve it with any of the advice or comments in them.
The url takes the public user to the maintenance page (which is lovely hence the reason i have spent an expensive amount of time so far to hopefully continue to use it for the duration this project).
When logged in as wp-admin, no difference, cannot see site to work on and can only see maintenance page.
How can i solve this issue? If i can’t solve it soon, i’ll kick it into touch because the expense is outweighing the attraction.
