After the last update, I ran internal scanner on two sites one a test bed and one live site. There were so many potential infections found that I think the scanner should be examined for compromise. The 2015 theme had 19 files with issues.

The test bed which had been clean before the last update is now also showing signs of infection. There are some common plugins between the two but not all.

the spread of the reported issues almost makes me wonder if the repository has issues.
