Infinate Scroll Issue

I just installed this plugin on our blog and am having trouble with getting it to display on scrolling stories.
The comments section IS on every story, when that story is the one that is clicked into. However, we have infinite scroll set up and when a use scrolls to every story after the first one, the FB comment section does not show up. Can this be fixed? How?
