Hello, I tried your plugin and it’s great! Congratulations on your great work.

I also found myself in a case where when I upload a file (Scorm, video, other,…) the progress bar remains at my maximum and the file is never imported.

Could you help me with that? Is there a special parameter to do?

    Thank you for your help

    Hi Jonathan,

great to hear from you and thanks for the kind words!

As for your problem: How big are the files you are trying to upload and what’s your max. upload size? The max. upload size should be stated somwewhere around the file select field. What browser are you using? If possible, could you get us some more info by opening the development tools of your browser and checking in the console for any error messages? You can usually open the development tools by right clicking anywhere on the page and clicking “inspect” or “inspect element” in the context menu. The tools should pop up and at the bottom should be the javascript console. Any error should be bright red.

Looking forward to hearing from you again, and greetings from Austria,

EDIT: Please disregard. When setting up a new sandbox, I forgot to change the default values in php.ini for upload_max_filesize and etc.

    Good morning, everyone,

Thank you for your answers to help me.

I had already increased my Upload capacity to 100MB, however I still have this blockage. The SCORM file I’m trying to upload only 5MB

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you very much for your feedback. For the moment my site is local and I was able to spot an error 500 in the console. I don’t know if this will help you.

Also my MySQL version is 5.5…. Do you think that could be the cause?

Thank you very much and have a good day.

    Hi Jonathan,

MySQL is definitely going to cause problems. I can’t say for certain that the error 500 is also related to this but it could very well be. If your site is local, can you try to update your MySQL server version?

    Hello,

Thanks for the follow-up. Unfortunately I can’t switch to a higher version of MySQL right away.

I’ll keep doing more tests and see if that’s where the problem comes from.

Thank you for your support and have a good day.

Sorry we couldn’t be of more help. Don’t hesitate to get in touch again if you find out anything else related to your problem. If this is unrelated to the mysql version we absolutely want to get this fixed.
