    Hello,

I have a big problem right now on my site.
When I put an item in my cart and go to the checkout page, an infinite loading spinner is visible at the checkout and no payments can be made because it is blocked indefinitely.

The problem is related to the Elementor Pro plugin I use to design the site. When I deactivate Elementor, the checkout is visible and usable.
Unfortunately, you’ll understand that I can’t do without Elementor Pro and, of course, I can’t do without the PayPal checkout.

Do you have a solution to suggest so that these two plugins work normally together? So that everything goes back to the way it was before?

I forgot to mention that I installed and activated the plugin named “WooCommerce PayPal Payments – Elementor Fix”, which I found on a previous conversation of a user encountering this problem, but it still doesn’t work unfortunately.

    Hello @nyuma

We have made several updates to ensure compatibility with Elementor, and in most cases, the PayPal Payments plugin should work properly alongside it. However, there have been some edge cases where conflicts arise.

We are currently in contact with the Elementor team regarding compatibility issues. At this moment, I do not have specific information about what has been confirmed as the issue, but rest assured, it is being addressed.

As a priority, we recommend reaching out to the Elementor support team to ensure compatibility with our plugin. Due to the nature of their plugin being a paid service, we face challenges in reproducing some issues as we do not have personal licenses to test various scenarios.

Given that the PayPal Payments plugin is an official WooCommerce extension, it is generally expected that other plugin providers, especially those offering paid solutions, will ensure compatibility with our plugin. We have also raised a few issues with the Elementor plugin, given its popularity as an extension. It would be beneficial to hear if you have contacted their support team and, if so, what response you have received.

In the meantime, please consider reaching out to Elementor’s support with specifics about the issue you’re facing. They may have immediate suggestions or workarounds that could alleviate the problem temporarily.

Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian

An infinite loading spinner issue with Elementor is often caused by plugin conflicts, outdated themes, or server limitations. To resolve this, first ensure all plugins, themes, and Elementor itself are up to date. Next, try deactivating all plugins except Elementor and gradually re-enable them to identify any conflicts. Additionally, check your server settings, such as PHP version, memory limit, and file permissions. If the issue persists, switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One to rule out theme-related problems. For professional assistance, it’s always best to consult experts, such as a Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai.
