Infinite loading symbol?? and likes won't register??

Hi, i have a website https://www.ekpeyekingdom.com/forums/topic/what-is-your-favourite-ekpeye-name/ and cannot get your like button to work? I am using WP 4.1 and the latest version of bbpress and the latest version of your like button. I can get it to show up in the posts by adding
bbp_like_button()to my theme (AVADA) functions.php. However, it just has ‘infinate loading’ i.e. the likes don’t register. Any idea what i can do to fix this? i really need the ability for people to be able to like posts. I have disabled the plugin for now. I am also using the latest version (BBPress Like Button 1.5).
