Infinite loading when importing a template

    Hi there,

    The popup box that displays the “Importing template, please wait a moment” text just remains indefinitely when attempting to import a template.

    I saw in another comment you said that cloudflare is blocking the API – I think that is also the case for me. Could you tell me how to fix it?

    Hello @addredford,

    can you please open your browser console and first open the console, while clicking on import. Please check for any error messages related to the API and any error codes.

    Then please open the network tab of the console, reload the page and try to import. Check for any error messages in the network tab.

    If you get a specific error code or error message related to the API request, you can then contact the cloudflare support and ask them to enable the specific API endpoint, or give you further assistance.
