    I have conducted tests on two sandbox servers, but I could not reproduce the error you reported. The public link is functional, and you can view the site at https://peacefulexistence.s3-tastewp.com/ninja-forms/11hng.

    To pinpoint the cause of the issue, please switch your current theme to the default WordPress 2024 theme and deactivate all plugins. If the issue does not occur after this, proceed by activating each deactivated plugin one at a time to identify the problematic one.

    I trust this process will assist you in determining the root cause of the problem.
