Infinite Pro -License Key not working/Responsiveness menu not showing on Android

  • Purchased theme as part of a package from MojoMarketplace. License key provided is not activating theme. Also cannot see menu choices (accordian not opening) on Android when I choose ‘Enable Responsiveness’ in Appearance menu. Please Advise, GG
