Infinite Redirects and editing titles broken

A client that doesn’t speak english asked me for help on multiple Yoast SEO issues. He’s using latest WordPress version along with latest Yoast SEO Premium version.
1. The client can’t edit some of the titles. He changes a title, updates the page but the updates are not being saved. The titles stays “This is an example title – edit by clicking here” no matter what he tries, there seems no way to change it.
2. Sometimes when editing a page, Yoast SEO Premium breaks the page by creating infite redirects (domain/page -> domain/page/ -> domain/page -> domain/page/ …) You have to manually remove the the redirect to fix the page.
3. Sometimes the Yoast URL preview is showing some example URL and not the URL defined for that page.
Did anybody else run into these issues and found a way to fix them?
