Infinite Scroll duplicates or swallows Posts

    Heys Guys, i’m back again =(

    if infinite scroll is activated on search, it happens that posts are duplicated or swallowed =( WordPress Options Posts per Page is 9 (but also tried with 11), on the Search Query i tested with 11,9 and 7 and infinite scroll i tried with 11,9, 7 but if the query has the same posts per page it duplicates the first two.

    so if i have query posts per page 9 and IS posts per page 9 post 10 and 11 are the same as 8 and 9, this is not happening if i give the query posts per page 7!

    that would be ok for me, but its absolutley no matter what posts per page combination i try, ALWAYS 2 posts are swallowed. I found out, if i do not orderby date, the 2 are in the first page and shown, if i orderby date, IS does not show them up, but they are Posts No. 24 and 26 FROM 32!

    site is local only cause of development =(

    So i found out the Problem for the duplicated posts is query_string, i kicked it out and put my args in a new WP_Query() now there are no more duplicated posts. But Post No. 24 and 26 don’t show up =(

    ok fixed it by myself, need to use pre_get_posts to set order and orderby and everything was fine =)
