Infinite scroll layouts load double when you get to the end of the page

  • We really like the infinite scroll paging portfolio layout option, but when you get to the bottom of a page it loads the next “Items Per Page” number of images and then immediately loads another “page” number of images. On my test page I’ve set the images per page to 6. Can you see how it loads twice? The double load makes the page feel slower than if you had just loaded 12 more images instead of 6 and then 6 more. It would be really great if this can be fixed somehow. Any ideas?

    On a related note, when you load the last image in the portfolio the text says “NO MORE” no matter what you put in the End Of The List text box in the Portfolio Layout settings. This seems like a mistake?

    Hi.

    I’ll check what’s wrong with infinite scroll script and in the next plugin update, it will be fixed.

    The problem with the pagination text will be fixed in the Snow theme update.
