Infinite Scroll not working after adding is_page support

Hi!

I have created some pages to display the archives, so that they have the URL that I want. I added support for pages as indicated in this thread including is_page
When I get to the bottom of the page, IS is triggered and I can see the spinning loading gif, but no posts are loaded
The code is just like the one on the index page, only it is set to display post from a category.
What am I doing wrong?
