Infinite Scroll problem in IE8

Hello! Hope you’re all fine! Sorry for my bad english! I have a problem with my infinite scroll (also using Masonry).
It works very fine in Safari and Mozilla Firefox. But when at work, in IE8, when I’m trying my website, the trigger to the infinite scroll loader doesn’t work right. The button “LOAD” change page, to page 2, instead of load the new content on same page. Someone who got this problem, and know how to do? I tried to find someone else with this problem, but couldn’t find anyone! The infinite scroll works fine in IE8 when “Automatic-mode” is activated instead of manual, but I want to use the manual triggering with a LOAD-button. And I want it to work in IE8 also! And I have seen other themes working in IE8 with infinite scroll too.
