Infinite scroll Remove tags

Hi i am using the trasnporter plugin for infinite scroll.

I am trying to add a script tag before each post element.

The script tag shows for the first set of posts. But when then next set of posts are loaded using the infinite scroll the script tag is removed. Can you let me know where i can change the setting or code so that it can allow the <script> tag when loading the next set of posts.
