    Hi,
    I’ve got a problem with your plugin. When I click to submit and create pdf file it just keep loading/stuck. Turning off PDF file operation is letting sending a mail normally.

    Hi @karolosso100

    Thanks for contacting us.
    In your case looks like permission issue of generate PDF on your server.
    If PDF generate successfully then it will attached it with email and send, but if PDF file not generate and not save in folder because of folder permission then this type of issue generate.

    So please once check server write permission for PDF and if still found issue then you can contact on our profile email ID.

    Hi,
    thank you for response.
    Are you able to tell me exctactly what directory should have this permission? I can see that I am able to access and download this pdf file from: wp-content/plugins/generate-pdf-using-contact-form-7/attachments/cf7-84-1605977232.pdf.
    Or where can I find information where this created pdf file when submiting form is stored?

    Generally, this directory need write permission.
    /wp-content/plugins/generate-pdf-using-contact-form-7/

    Once check or still found an issue then you can reply on our email ID with the site credential, Email you can found from our plugin description.

    Hi,
    so I gave temporary full access for everyone for folder generate-pdf-using-contact-form-7 and subfolders as you can see here: https://i.imgur.com/HTZ2afQ.png. And still form can not submit. For me it looks like it is not permissions issue .
