    Yes more than 100php

    When I click GCash via PayMongo then return to Credit Card via PayMongo
    Still Loading infinitely.

    Hi,

    This is also the message I get whenever I go to my checkout page
    “Something went wrong. Please refresh your browser. Please check WooCommerce logs for more info. If issue persists, contact support.”

    Woocommerce Log contains the following:
    2020-08-24T09:16:56+00:00 CRITICAL syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘, expecting end of file in /var/www/wptbox/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/admin-menus/class-edit-menu.php(213) : eval()’d code on line 1

    BTW, I am running in multiple currencies as to using Paymong for credit/debit card payments.

    @questionmark124 kindly send screenshots of the issue as well as the logs for WooCommerce to [email protected]. Thanks.

    @jushlife the error you posted doesn’t seem to be related to our PayMongo plugin. However, there could be conflicts to it as well. Kindly send the full log for WooCommerce to [email protected]. Also, kindly take note that Paymongo only processes local currency (PHP) at the moment.

    @cynderpaymongo

    Just found out that the error is caused by the new settings you placed where the amount should be at a minimum of Php 100.00. Currencies such as US dollars in numerical terms is lower than Pesos (since US value is greater than Pesos), hence why the error appears.

    Also, I’ve talked with Paymongo Support – To clarify, Paymongo accepts payments from other countries, though it does only process PHP but they’ll just be adding conversion costs.

    Kindly advise please, customers are complaining that they can’t proceed with their checkout.

    Hello @jushlife, are the items you’re selling are in other currencies?

    I believe what Paymongo team meant was that they can process international credit cards. However, items/products being sold has to be in PHP for it to be processed. Conversion happens upon payment on their end. The plugin doesn’t support currency conversion out of the box and it can only support PHP as of this moment.

    Can i ask about why you have minimum amount required of 100 pesos?

    @alygraphy, that’s a limitation on Paymongo’s side.
