Inflexible, no support

For example, not able to change bar colors is big problem (e.g. in one case, Republican votes come out as blue, Democratic votes red!). There is no reference to this on any CSS files. Apparaently all this happens via the JS files which I wouldn’t know how to (and wouldn’t want to change.) And of course, there is no support.
