    Hi,
I would like to install your plugin on my site. Previously, however, I used the “header and footer” plugin to install the google tag manager code on my site (to which I linked google analytics and google search console). Can I safely install your plugin or do I have to delete the google tag manager code first?
In addition, I did not quite understand if your plugin is paid or free and if it allows you to track conversions also via facebook pixels.

Thank you in advance for your answers and for your help!

    Hi @talkiewalkie

Can I safely install your plugin or do I have to delete the google tag manager code first?

To be honest, I’m not entirely sure. To be on the safe side I’d suggest unistalling the Google Tag Manager code, but I don’t know what you are using it for right now and if you would lose functionality.

In addition, I did not quite understand if your plugin is paid or free

You can use the free version, no problem. It just is limited in its functionality. For instance, enhanced e-commerce tracking for Google Analytics is only available in the pro version. You can still use standard e-commerce tracking in the free version.

…if it allows you to track conversions also via facebook pixels.

Yes. The plugin also helps tracking conversions through the Facebook pixel, and also in its free version.

Let me know if you have more questions.

    Hi @alekv
thank you first of all for your quick response!

I tried to install Google Tag Manager to track Google Ads conversions, then to enter the tracking code on the site via google tag manager (thank you page code included).
I did this by following tutorials on youtube because I am very inexperienced and I have never started campaigns on google ads.

If I didn’t misunderstood, your plugin would allow me to safely monitor google ads conversions (with dynamics value) and facebook pixel. If so, then I can clear the Google Tag Manager code and only use your plugin.

As for Google Analytics, I linked it to google Tag Manager to check site visits in real time. Does your plugin do this too?

I apologize for all these questions but, as I told you, I am very inexperienced and I am trying to increase purchases on my site using paid advertising.

    Thank you again.

Yes. Our plugin is much simpler to use than Google Tag Manager. And yes, it injects all the necessary scripts.

    Yes

Perfect! I’m going to install your plugin right now then!
So I just need to enter the conversion ID and conversion label to even have the dynamic values inserted correctly?

    Hi,
I installed the plugin and i got a message asking me to grant permissions to Freemius in order to receive updates of your plugin. Is that normal? I’ve agreed, will I have to pay for some Freemus service?

    Plugin Author alekv

    (@alekv)

Freemius is our licensing platform. If you are using the free version only, you don’t have to grant permission. However, if you run into problems it is easier for us to help to debug your install when you grant permission on your free version too. For instance we will see the PHP and WordPress version on which you are running the install.

Ok. Having the free version of your plugin and having accepted tracking on Freemius, do I have to pay anything? Because I read that freemius is for a fee.

No. If you only want to use the free version, it is free.

Because I read that freemius is for a fee.

Using the Freemius platform only incurs costs to us, not for you.

    Ok, perfect! Thanks for all!
