Info bar doesn't disappear

  • Hi.
    As you probably know, here in Italy the opt-in consent is allowed in 3 ways:
    1) accepting with a button:
    2) scrolling the page;
    3) changing page or using any element included in the site.
    Actually I can do the first 2 options but not the third one, so if the user goes to another page, the bar is still visible.
    How to make it disappear and considering that users has accepted cookies?

    I didn’t know if I was wrongly setting the plugin, but now I know the feature is not possible. Waiting for using it soon, thanks ??
