Info in Field Values Not Saving to Frontend or Backend

  • I created a custom form under the Profile form option. When I try to fill out the form, the info that I submit disappears i.e. doesn’t save to the frontend or backend. I cannot find where the info is going, and the Profile remains blank. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

    Hi @ofmftest,

    It looks like a conflict with your theme or other plugins.
    Please try to do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hello! I have followed the conflict test and found out that the conflict is due to another plugin operating on my website, Smart Slider 3. I wish to keep both plugins and wonder what can be done to allow them to work together. Thank you!
