Info message explaining advance functionality

Hi,

The info message which is displayed when the progress bar is clicked on, says that up/down keys will advance ten seconds. But actually it seems to be only three seconds ?

Is it possible to “go” multi-lingual by modifying the message with e.g. [:da] or <!–:da–> tags (in case of Danish) ?
