    I think this is a false positive reading, which happens from time to time.

    This must be a case of false positive because there is nothing malicious inside that or any other file of aiowps plugin.

    Yes this was my conclusion, but a lot of people are going to be Googling this as windows defender will be on a LOT of PCs so best to get an answer out there
