    Hi,
    I’ve a few question about your CRM plugin:
    – can we assign a category to a user list? (and use this category to filter users?)
    – the newsletter could take the users from the category filter (as described above)?
    – to send mail/newsletter do you use your own script or also external services (mailup, mailchimp and in this case how works? We have to login to Mailchimp/mailup or we use the plugin itself)

    The built-in fields you can set using this plugin (which are limited to the ones available in the Web-to-Lead API) are listed in the FAQ. You may need to set a custom field and use an auto-assignment rule in Salesforce to accomplish your goal, but that’s outside the scope of this plugin.

    This plugin does not have any newsletter functionality. Not sure what you’re referring to here.

    The plugin uses wp_mail — if you have a plugin installed that overrides the default behavior, this plugin will work with it.
