    I have installed the plugin and enabled the features, but the information I type doesn’t make it through to checkout. It isn’t on the receipt or in any of the generated emails. It’s also not in any of the order data. Am I missing a setting or something?

    Thank you for providing us the URL of your site and for explaining to us about the issue which you are facing on your site.

    I have checked on your site and I have observed that there is no custom input field on the product page due to which I am unable to debug the issue on your site.

    Can you please let me know whether any value is set for the ‘Item Name Order Table Format’ setting on your site? Attaching the screenshot of the setting: https://prnt.sc/mte8zp

    Please provide me the screenshots or video of the settings which are set in our plugin on your site. This information would help me to debug the issue on our staging site.
