infos system Jigoshop

When I go to “System Information” from the Jigoshop plugin in the theme part (at the bottom) I have this “Jigoshop Support: Not Declared”. see screenshot. What should be done ? Is that bad ?
I hope my message is clear … I am French I used is “google translation” to write.
