InfoWindow doesn't appear

I am desperately trying to use the plugin. I probably missed something, but I can’t actually display the infowindows on my Map. I put a text in the “info window area” on the “add location” section. The location is added and display but clicking don’t do anything. Can you please help me with this issue ?
