Infrequent Feed Updating

Hi there,

I’ve tried setting caching to 15 mins, 5 mins, and zero, but the updates still seem very infrequent. Last visible update on the feed as I post this is 2 days ago, and there’s lots on the group feed since then. Plugin Version 1.7.0.2

Other settings include
– Group
– Show 10 posts
– Show post types: all selected
– Only show posts containing is empty

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
