Infusionsoft issues?

Hello,
I followed the setup instructions for connecting the Genesis eNews Widget to Infusionsoft, but when I hit submit on the form, it just goes to the Form Action link:

<input name=”infusionsoft_version” type=”hidden” value=”1.68.0.134″ />My gut feeling is that the Infusionsoft database is not set up properly, but does anyone have suggestions on how to fix?
