Ingredient list

Hi, When Google displays the recipe snippets (or cards or whatever they are called) at the top of the search, they show the star rating, cooking time and a list of ingredients under the photos.

Like in your video, An overview of the WP Recipe Maker, under the Amazing Vegetable Pizza, it says “Red sauce, rosemary, pepper, red onion, instant yeast”.

Which part of the recipe card is Google taking this information from? It doesn’t seem to be simply from the ingredients list, since the order is not the same and the wording is a bit different as well (ie. “lemon peel” under Ingredients in the recipe card might look simply as “lemon” in Google).
