Inherited old site doesn't behave as expected – no blog

    I inherited a site and upgraded it to the latest and greatest. So far everything is working great. This is using some theme I never heard of before called 1329. Anyway, to make a long story short, we want to add a blog roll of our news letter to live on the site. Sounds easy enough. Went to customize and set a static page and a post page. You would think that would be it. Nope. Doesn’t work. Appears that their latest posts point to what the front (landing) page is. So, I only have one thing under post and I cannot seem to display it anywhere. Can someone look and see what sort of craziness is going on?
