    This file does not exist, can not find this file, I have installed this plug-in several times, or not! Where do I find this file?

    And the layout of the product page is messed up, the “loading” text on the picture keeps showing, and the thumbnail arrow below is in the wrong place!

    The init.prettyPhoto.min.js script is initialized in the plugin, but it’s loaded under WooCommerce, you can find the file here.

    About the product page layout, seem that your product gallery is not properly displayed, could you try to disable the plugin and check if the problem persists or if it’s generated by our plugin, please?

    Also, try with a default WordPress theme, as the issue could be related to your theme templates.

    As my colleague Fran said, that file should be uploaded by WooCommerce.

    Could you try leaving only the WooCommerce plugin and ours active, to see if it works?

    If not, try a default theme too, like Twenty Twenty.
