• Resolved svncustoms

I noticed an issue with avatar display. Despite configuring the plugin to show user initials as avatars, the default WooCommerce verification icon continues to be displayed.

Interestingly, the avatar issue resolves itself when certain filters are applied, such as filtering by star ratings or changing the sorting order. In these cases, the avatars are correctly displayed along with the verification icon.

I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues and if there’s a solution available to address this problem. It would be great if someone had an idea on how to permanently fix the avatar display issue, ensuring it appears correctly on the default page as well.

Thank you in advance for your help and support!

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

Please try to leave only CusRev, WooCommerce plugins activated and other ones deactivated, switch to a standard theme of WordPress and recheck this issue.

If it still doesn’t work, you can share your site URL here, we can help you check the issue.

    Hello,

Thank you for your assistance so far. I have deactivated all plugins, yet the error persists. After that, I deactivated my theme, but unfortunately, nothing is displayed anymore since the theme was created exclusively with Elementor.

Furthermore, I noticed that the shortcode for the grid or slider is displayed correctly. Both the grid and the slider work fine. However, when I, for example, change the sorting of reviews or customize the appearance of anything, the slider or grid gets hidden. Only a white space appears where the slider or grid should be.

Additionally, I noticed that in the diagnostic display, both the slider and the lightbox are marked with a red exclamation mark. Could it be related to that? Is there a way to activate them afterward?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best regards from Berlin

    Hi,

The slider and lightbox libraries might not related to the initial avatar. Can you please share your site or a staging site URL where you deactivate other plugins and switch to a WordPress theme so I can see the issue?
