    I have tested emails.
    Other emails like cancel etc get sent.

    The one that doesnt get sent is the initial email after a client makes a booking.
    (Even though the site says “Thank you! Your booking is complete. An email with details of your booking has been sent to you.”)
    So the client does not get the email and the Staff member does Not get it either to say there IS a new booking.

    I did set up your recommendations and tested emails, but it just seems the first one doesnt go.

    Any help with this please

    Ok I think this is solved

    There doesnt seem to be anywhere it says I need to set up these emails myself and that they are not preset.

    I have done that and for now it seems to work.
