Initial load problem

    Currently i activated the lazy load feature. I noticed there is a problem in initial load. During initial load it will show the top menu and some other elements before it actually fully loads the page. is there any way to fix that?

    i already tried to get the class or id of the element and the menu and add it in the exclusions list but it didn’t work as well.

    Please help…

    UPDATE: I found out if i used the wp_header it loads properly but then lazy loading is not working.

    Hey there @intheraw thank you for contacting us.

    I was wondering if you have a theme or any other plugin that also includes a lazy load feature? As it can possibly cause conflicts with the feature included in Smush.

    If the answer to my first question is no, then I would suggest running a plugin conflict test.

    In order to do that, don’t forget to backup your site first, after that, proceed with the following steps:
    – Create a second folder for plugins, for example, plugins2
    – Move all plugins except Smush to that folder
    – Check if the same behavior is showing on your site, if that’s not the case, start moving plugins one by one.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

    No. i don’t have any plugins that runs a lazy load features. i am sure of that.

    I tried your suggestion of moving all the plugins except the smush and woocommerce. but it seems i got the same results. see my screeshot gif

    Thanks for response!

    The theme that you are using – is it a free theme available from www.ads-software.com theme repository (or at least a theme that has some “lite”/free version)? If yes, could you please tell us what it is so we could test it with Smush?

    Would it be possible that you’d share a link to the site in question so we could take a look there?

    Also, have you tried to:

    – disable “svg” and/or “iframe” in Lazy Load settings in Smush?
    – disable “widgets” for “output locations” in Lazy Load settings?
    – if there are any options on site active that attempt to optimize JS/CSS (e.g. minify and/or cache them) – temporarily disable them?

    If not, would you please give it a shot and let us know?
