initial loading of gallery no images blank boxes

    I have inserted a gallery on a page in my wordpress dev site using mamp pro.
    I open the page and blank squares appear instead of images.
    As soon as I scroll down the page the images appear.
    This happens every time I load the page.

    Running on macbook pro retina lastest os latest version of wordpress using Customizr Theme
    Hope you can help.

    hey Adrian,

    It is difficult to tell without seeing the page. There are checks built into FooGallery to get around this type of problem, so there must be a javascript error that is stopping FooGallery init from running.

    Did you check the console in developer tools to see if there are any JS errors?

    I did check console out … looked like there were two errors not sure what I’m looking for and how to fix those errors.

    I checked out the developer tools and found two errors.
    Managed to fix one but unable to fix the second one … details below

    I tested your gallery in another theme… spacious and works OK

    Was wondering if you’ve had a chance to help solve my problem ?

    I would prefer to use the customizr theme along with your gallery.

    Hello Adrian,
    I have the very same problem, and I am also using customizr.
    You can look on one of the pages here : https://karateakl.ch/?page_id=2453
    Just click on any of the galleries, they will initially load with grey boxes – but if you scroll… images appear.

    looking at your page… there is an error caused by tc-scripts.min.js which is halting the first initial load of foogallery. This is coming from the Customizr theme.

    I would suggest you contact the theme author to get a fix for this error

    Same problem for me and i also use a theme with customiser. when i update foogallery it only shows grey boxes and after scrolling everything shows up.

    Strange thing, when using Foogallery 1.4.12 it works as it′s supposed to be
